Panik was never the President of TMM or DFI or DFMI, Fernandez and Simpson were. You've seen what Simpson had to say to everyone about who owns the license and its not DFI. You're also still way behind the curve on Phillips "taking the code". That story was so ridiculous the plaintiffs dropped it in the amended complaint, get caught up!
