Well I am still


clinging to end of summer. I am more interested in the seeing the paperwork filed in June. From what I understand the financials and paperwork are completed and ready to go.

Once it gets into the hands of the regulators its anybody's guess how long it will take. I have heard it normally takes up to 3 months.

David Greenberg's involvement in this process is a definite positive!

We have some great folks involved here!
