"Where" Ohlers lives is not the point I'm making.

A FORM 3 was filed after hours today with his name on it. Imo many people are leaping to the conclusion the Hong Kong based company he also works for --and possibly their parent company-- which is named on that filing as being the "indirect holder" of those shares are somehow investing in FROZ. AGAIN, I'm just not seeing any evidence of that in the filing made today.

Imo those shares are his alone ---awarded to him personally on 3-31-14 one day prior to his being named COO of APT.

As I read the statement, no multi-billion dollar Chinese/Hong Kong company has bought a stake in FROZ. If I'm wrong feel free to prove it. All I care about is the truth of the matter.
