Imo Colin Ohler is in China because that's where most of APT's parts and components are manufactured. the Intro Box bio states he was formerly charged with overseeing "manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain management, and China sales" for a couple other companies.

Again I ask... does the FORM 3 "Statement of Beneficial Ownership" posted today apply to Mr. Ohlers personally --as an officer of APT-- or not? The form indicates his "219,912,563 common shares" are being held "Indirectly" by "Kai Long Global Investments Limited" (a holding company). These shares were awarded on "3/31/2014" --one day before Mr. Ohlers was appointed as "COO" of APT (see the IBox).

Imo, the fact that APT's COO Mr. Ohlers may also be serving as CEO of Kai Long Global Investments Limited does not necessarily mean that THAT company --nor it's parent-- are investors in FROZ. Jumping to such a conclusion is ill advised until such a development is 100% confirmed.
