I'm not real clear on what, if any, this decreases. If anything i think the shares would be converted from the float into prefered. But with the way it reads, that 500:1 conversion rate is for converting the preferred into common 18 months from now..but does not specify the conversion from common to preferred....so i have no clue. In no way do I see it as bad news, just not the news I was hoping for.
