re: filings and audits

Audit is 95% complete 4 years worth up to date...

Filings plan has changed- rather than filing one comprehensive 10K they will be filing individual Q's and K's going back to the last filings... This won't cause any undue delay, may even make it quicker


Financials for 2009, 2010 are being restated.. because past fins had issue with the SEC, former auditor wasn't PCAOB qualified back then before Corey took over
