We probably got in at about the same time. My first buy was .41 and I've averaged down 3 times, so I just need .32.

Like you, I thought the Ukraine thing would make it pop for a quick trade and I didn't do enough proper DD. After this turd started dropping - and I checked into it a little more - I found out they have had over 15 straight quarters of losses. As one of only a handful of palladium producers in the world, constantly losing money didn't make much sense to me. They are in the right business - at the right time - so my only conclusion was it had to be atrocously bad management. AND THAT'S WHAT IT IS.
