at last glance they had Near $2M Revenue next to zero debt and that was before the advent of the drug Courts and 24/7 programs

do you really think with 30M people incarcerated and maybe more than that # on probation or pretrial sentencing in some form or other that from looking at one county that 40 patches is for the whole country you Joking right?

it's been widely used by probation custody and juvenile agencies for 2 decades now!

Drug Courts and 24/7 is in addition too that ...
