Sentinel...so you think So what? Is it not a great idea to cancel and re-subscribe to see if my service improves through CC? I could see them offering CC customers better service for the sake of CC customers going back to them with dis-satisfied emails...you think with Netflix's 4 million PLUS subs they have 4 million of everything? I think on a much smaller scale this is why my service has not been so great...preference!
