Exactly!...Good, I thought I was the only one.

The way I read it is the pilot ends one way or another on March 15th midnight, (possible extension).

Then, they will/will not enter into a definitive agreement (which may take a few days to write)

Once they agree and sign, they will still have 4 days to file.

If they do not agree and sign, then we will likely see pilot stores disappearing along with CC website links, early next week if not immediately (starting on the 16th).

The "15th" is an important day because it is the hinge point but this does not mean we will hear anything significant today (or tomorrow for that matter).
