What's done is done. LVVV is in the toilet. May have something to do with float going from 51MM to 97.4MM. Not all shares are accounted for in 10K.
Personally, I'm hoping we get some monster news that discloses those shares were used to pay for new acquisitions/supplies/equipment that will land us contracts and thus revenues.
I know you're probably down about $500,000 on paper with your investment in LVVV. That sucks. Same goes for me. Doubly sucks for me too since I dropped about 10 grand when it was in the .08's, .12's and .11's. Those shares mgnt. gave away to pay bills, I paid with my cash to buy them from people dumping. Yep, I helped pay the bills here over last couple months. Guess that's why they call it "investing."
People like Gamood, made a profit from flipping LVVV. That's my money in his brokerage account. My money which is now his money because he is not a long but a flipper. But he's allowed to be just like anyone else here.
At this point, closing the deal with APRU/RSHN will only increase our product line for Livewire Herbaceuticals.
There was a time you seemed happy we got APRU for a steal... only about $300,000 for two shells and licenses for new products.
Pissin on APRU ain't gonna change LVVV price. What's done is done with LVVV price. Lets just close the deal and be born again from .04's and head back up.
Time for all synergies to come together and LVVV to offer probiotics, herba CBD, chews, drinks, etc. That will get us out of the toilet, don't you think?
