NY Hero is a NY Bum. My question is this however, lets say Funny Cide wins the Belmont and gets the $5MM bonus.

With the Triple that nets him close to $10MM for his earnings. Since he's a gelding what do they do with him. Seems like a heck of a waste of money to feed him for the next 20-25 years?

Do they cut their losses and pack him off to the dog food company?
