I agree with u. But im looking at it from the perspective of efficiently running a business. If you cant pay your bills that never looks good.. I agree the state and apt are probably on the same page with past due amounts. But they are still past due amounts..y cant apt pay 45,000 if the are making 20 mil a year ?
