Stealing a pharm pod would be rather pointless.

Firstly a pod is meant to be indoors. Ideally in a warehouse. So, first you need to break into the facility with a flatbed, load up an entire shipping container and haul that thing out? All while avoiding security.

If someone really wants it that bad, they would probably experience less risk dealing with the underground drug trade.
