We've been saying ever since Vigil became President of QASP that the only way they were paying the bills was by selling shares. Obviously, they weren't even paying the Professional Flight Instructors with those proceeds. It makes me wonder what the heck she's been doing with all the money she's raised since adding almost 2 billion shares to the float.
