Section 4, Item 7 drug patch. Thanks for the posts on Idaho legislation and same in Florida. 24/7 Sobriety Programs work. I read that alcohol related deaths were down 49 percent in South Dakota. I'm surprised at the high share of patches in Cass County Minnesota - 128 participants through 12/15/13 - 45 breath tests/43 ankle bracelets/40 participants using patches. (read Deet post 901). I did a little more digging. Cass County has a population of 27,000 in a state of 4.9 million. That would be about 8,000 in Minnesota just in the 24/7 program. Should we try to figure out what that would mean for the country if all states adopted 24/7?
