Raging Bull obviously doesn't want to sell. I can now say that I've been trying to contact them for months trying to find ANYONE there who can sit down and talk sale. I don't even get replies by phone or email.

I'm not going to waste any more effort trying to get them to talk. And I'm not sure, but my guess is that if they refuse to make or allow contact, then that neatly skirts their fiduciary duty to entertain offers for any of their properties.
