That is ancient news. There is no DD required to find this info you just go to the JALA IH News tab. Bam. Done. Due Diligence complete.
This move was a necessary evil to obtain operational capital. You very well may be correct though that the sale of shares in this format could be partially responsible for this current dip, which in turn is creating a tremendous buying opportunity.
