Yeah, it's hard to know for certain. Especially because of the name discrepancy between GreenPay LLC and GreenPay Network LLC, but there are too many similarities for it to be coincidental.

So, I did a little more digging...

Looks like I found more links to support the "IP Commerce/EVO payments/GreenPay Networks LLC" connection.

I was doing some digging through the EVO Snap API and came across some documentation in reference to a different type of check processing (outside of ACH). http://www.evosnap.com/support/knowledgebase/enumeration-reference-2/#electronic-checking-transaction-enumerations

If you look at that link there is an enumeration listing for Electronic Checking Transactions. There is an additional service type that falls under the "ECK" code. This code allows for instant verification, check guarantee services, and check processing.

I went one step further and started digging into the test transaction mechanism and found a certificate that is to be used for the transaction header.

This certificate (I know it looks like gibberish) is a Base64 encoding and once I decoded that cert. I found that it references the IP Payments Framework.

I then tried to resolve the ippaymentsframework web address and it is currently a dead link. So, this test certificate that is being used was generated back when IP Commerce was issued the cert. Pre- Sept. 2013 (which is when EVO acquired IP Commerce's Software License - http://www.evosnap.com/evo-payments-international-acquires-integrated-payments-software-license-from-ip-commerce/)

I went to the IP Commerce website and they still offer services, but not the direct payment processing side. Their services are....wait for it.....QuickBooks and Intuit integration...sound familiar?! http://www.ipcommerce.com/commerce-sync/overview/

So, we have a company who offers a mobile development API (EVO), a company who streamlines the QuickBooks integration (IP Commerce), a company going by the name of GreenPay Networks, LLC whose directors are all developers and are linked to EVO and IP Commerce. www.greenpaynetwork.com and this site is using a wordpress template login (just like the devweb.myecheck.com) AND we have the historical PR about MyECheck integrating into IP Commerce's platform back in 2008.

I'm feeling a little more confident that this is the GreenPay we are looking for...

I just can't be 100% certain until we get confirmation from Ed.

Thoughts?
