G. TERM; TERMINATION. Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through the end of the Pilot Program on March 15, 2006.

term is clearly identified above. "continue through the end of the pilot program". there is NO termination unless terminated with 10 days written notice.

the pilot program is defined as, "Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006". then the pilot was extended, "Under this amendment, the parties agreed to extend the pilot program until March 15, 2006"

again, "Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through the end of the Pilot Program on March 15, 2006"

its a continuation of what we have. stores to get added as they feel "mutually beneficial". ie., ADDITIONAL DC'S TO HANDLE THE ADDED LOAD!
