Here is a visual on how people get into these stocks and lose money. I color coated this chart to make it easier to explain:
Lower left of chart. Volume before the MR pump initial email.
The front-load buying of BCCI takes place.
The dump begins. Those who received the MR email begin to buy shares from those who just minutes before the email (green) purchased a lot of shares.
The stock needs buyers so those who bought before the MR email was sent has someone to buy their shares at a much higher price than what they paid.
There are no whales, or millionaire investors, to buy into this company after the initial MR email was sent. Notice the volume changes.
The next time you receive an email take note to the exact time down to the minute when it was sent. Then open a chart of the stock and set it to view by the minute. notice all the buying BEFORE the email was sent? Those are the shares being sold back by those who are in on this.
MR said they are staking their reputation on BCCI. Well, it has been almost 4 weeks as the original email was sent on April 11. I received it at 11:02 AM.
It will be interesting to see how this stock price moves. My guess is it will drift lower and lower as is almost always the case when these pumps grow old. And in the land of penny stocks time flies!
