Peorge: What??? Putting out the financials only proves they could have mentioned the CC deal since the pilot program extension? They could have mentioned it. Period. I've written contracts like the one GZFX probably has with CC and since the program was already public, IMO there would not have been any language prohibiting the mention of the ongoing test program.

The explanation I now believe - and mind you that a month ago I thought the CC deal was MUCH more realistic than it is today - is that GZFX has known since the extension that the deal would terminate amicably tomorrow; therefore, they haven't had anything positive to say about it.

they had no problem putting out the crappy financials early so i have to diagree.
