Why can't they announce a financing deal if they have one even if the S1 hasn't been officially terminated yet. I am praying that they issue a PR tonight with some further explanation. I was also told and maybe Peter was hinting at this in his email to me a week ago that the Nasdaq was not dependent on the S1. Man I hope they have not screwed us yet again and actually this is a big win.
