Please EXPLAIN who is the AFFILIATE that you think Rule 144 would apply to.

SMVI is not a AFFILIATE of itself. The shares in the treasure belong to SMVI NOT A AFFILIATE. So, please enlighten the masses as to how Rule 144 would stop Thayer from issuing COMMON SHARES straight out of the treasury and into the general market.

DON'T BE FOOLED FOLKS! RULE 144 WILL NOT STOP DISTRIBUTION OF SHARES and the last outstanding known is from 2011. Thayer has had 3 YEARS to update these numbers.
WHY HAS IT BEEN IGNORED?
WHAT IS HE HIDING?

No dilution? NO PROOF OF THAT!!!!!!!
Lots of volume and millions claimed to be HELD BY SHAREHOLDERS only gives to reason that there are a LOT MORE SHARES than what we know from 3 YEAR OLD DATA
