You are right, but his conduct on the call and the tone of his remarks suggest to me Judge Jordan isn't transferring the case or interfering in Virginia. Imagine there is a general deference to one another among these Federal Judges, like any small fraternity. Maybe one of the attorneys who practice at the federal level can comment.

Just as Mr. Stone and Rambus have pulled a rabbit from a hat with some slick legal maneuver, so can Mr. Cottrel and Micron. To think otherwise is naive.

The thought of Judge Payne sitting in judgement of Rambus again makes me sick to my stomach. Mr. Danforth should have screamed about Judge Payne's obvious anti-Rambus bias a long time ago. Afraid it is too late again.

Will be delighted to be wrong.
