That's not how it works. Set-up a inky company. Make sure it has a business. Then distribute shares in lieu of services rendered or a combination thereof and some cash. Also sell shares to "insiders" at a discount to current market prices. Then do the PR campaign. Study how Barry Henthorn does it with BCCI, and you will see what I mean.
