I agree and look forward to busting some balls on Monday! If the new company has 500 mill and the old co has 2.5 billion, there will be what I call a reverse split merger!!! A ratio 10:1 or whatever it is. ..... I could be wrong. I doubt it. I talked to the CEO today. He would not give me any share structure . He may have given the new structure to Sterling but the old dirty birdy remains fat and bloated. Go look at the historical trading. Anyone with half a brain can tell this pos has billions in the mix! Other big shots will tell you different. Time will tell who the real chit bags are here........mo.....
