Thanks for posting the number to the company. I just called and spoke to a guy name Joel who said that he is the CEO of the company. He told me that he just took over the company yesterday. The first thing I asked him was if the company was planning on doing a reverse split. He said no, a reverse split is not part of the plan.

I then asked him about the recent SOS filing indicating that the AS was 500,000,000 and said that such was correct. Then I asked is the OS lower than 500,000,000 and he then said... that is correct.

He then said to look for news within a week. I urge anyone with any questions to call him like I did at the number you had provided... 928-232-0478.
