He told me that he will get with the guys that sold him the shell and make sure everything is like how it is supposed to be. He said that whatever the share structure is suppose to be, it will be updated on OTC Markets. He's expecting it to be like what he filed. The flow of his conversation led me to think that he believe he is correct with his thoughts.
There's your problem...he thinks the A/S is 500 million based on what the "guys that sold him the shell" said it was. I will guarantee the number is higher than it's "supposed to be".
