Thanks Newly2b, it does seem odd. My existing one is with WM (funny thing is it started with them 15 years ago, changed hands 4 times, and ended back in their lap), so maybe I'll just have to drive my lazy butt down there and talk to them. All I'm looking for is quotes on a cash out refinancing. Not at 8 1/2% though, it makes me feel almost violated. <gg> Thanks for your input..
