Only a few times in the history of China has the Dynasty held as much ground as it does today. Almost always the 'provinces' end up in rebellion. The odd thing today is aiding and abetting that turmoil would be helping the very 'people' we are at 'war' with.
Building out China is more in our interests than not building it out.
