Since YTRV was behind on its filings anyways it was already a non-compliant with its reporting requirements.

The company is basically saying we are going dark and no longer doing any filings that will be regulated. They will now hide on the pink sheets assuming they even do any future non-regulated OTC filings. 99 out of 100 times a company goes dark because they want to hide information from shareholders - a red flag
