The A/S is 2,400,000,000 shares

Per the last 10K the float was around 1.4 billion (could be higher now)

Maybe YTRV will eventually merge into this brand new Arizona business entity or acquire it, but for Joel Natario to be telling people that YTRV is an Arizona business entity with an authorized share count of 500,000,000 is down right fraud.

If they plan on merging this into the new Arizona entity called Mining Global Inc then they will have no choice but to do a reverse split to get the float and O/S small enough to fit the 500,000,000 authorized share count of Mining Global Inc. That or they'll have to raise the authorized share count for Mining Global Inc to fit the YTRV share structure.

Not sure who this guy is that took over the scammy ticker from its old scammy CEO, Cedric Atkinson, but he needs to be careful what type of false material information he is spreading.
