FUNNY! $24K is supposed to be petty cash for Thayer yet he WOULDN'T KEEP IT CURRENT.

I guess he knew it was a WASTE OF MONEY to keep SMVI around. Pretty obvious when he ADDED 7 BILLION SHARES then a month later IGNORED THE COMPANY ENTIRELY.
