HIMR can legally buy back shares. If they get profitable and invest in their own company, then retire the shares they purchase. Whether they will or not ... who knows?

I'd say theres an 80/20 chance of a buyback vs RS at this point. There's no uplist coming so that eliminates one primary reason for an RS. As far as I know, there's no one sniffing around to offer financing or a buyout so that eliminates another reason.

Predicting a buyback based on anything available on the internet is an exercise in futility. They'll announce it, if it happens, and then you'll know.
