I will be adding today! $CATA is obviously being manipulated down in a very blatant manner two days in a row! Saw the same manipulation on $AVOP before big news hit. I know what I own and will be adding to my position.

You are absolutely correct in my opinion with CATA in that it wouldn't make much sense to stay active and rework webpage if there isn't something coming. Here is their website again for those who have not seen it yet:

However, but even more important, filing 3 years worth of Annual Filings could mean that they are very close in moving forward in a very big way as like you have said about their website... it wouldn't make much sense for any reason otherwise.
