no but what this is, is that Joel the CEO here was a major creditor of Gold Rush Refiners of Atlanta so he took ownership recently. He worked a deal to get the assets $5.6M, backed, for financing.

Its a $24M/year business and I expect it to become part of the "gold assets" here to help bring the PPS up so they can get some mines.
