Good morning all!

Hello Montie,

Thank you for your support of ACGX. I hope things are going well by you.

As to your specific question, I'm sure you understand we cannot make specific
statements or comments to individual shareholders. That is why we continue to
update our share structure and disclosures for the public on a timely basis. In
general I would say the current market conditions probably have nothing to do
with anything the company or debt holders are doing or not doing and more to do
with a few hundred % increase in the stock price during a short time period and
short-term traders locking in their profits, but that is just my opinion.

As for your comment about people getting restless - I understand everyone is
always restless on the OTC markets no matter what takes place but you said the
same thing on 4/4/14 (only 4 weeks ago) and since that time we have updated the
share structure, released some news and the stock has gone up over 200% on
average while the volume increased by over 200% on average as well.

We will continue to update the public on things as they develop and we'll be
releasing the full quarterly financials and disclosure report soon for the
entire public to see as well.

I appreciate your patience and understanding and I am ok with you posting this
email online.

Thanks
Paul Sorkin

Good morning Paul. Great news the other day. I was wondering if ACGX was issuing
shares, as the stock price seems to be dropping on little volume, or if some of
the debts are being converted as the stock price went higher. I am long and
stron and have been adding here at these levels. I believe in ACGX and am
holding long term and buying on the dips. Any info you could tell me would be
greatly appreciated. Also can I post your answer in IHUB as some shareholders
are getting restless.
Thanks for your time sir. Montie Hobbie

Hello Monte,

Thanks for your support of ACGX.
I hope things are going well by you.

As you know Q1 ended Monday so we are getting together some of the relevant
information for the quarter to update the public soon.

Regarding your question about the potential share buyback - I will share the
information we discussed on the annual earnings call to better explain our
opinion of that. We have looked into the costs and benefits of a share buyback
and since we are still a small growing company it has not made business sense
yet and realistically unless we had millions of extra dollars and could not find
good acquisitions to buy or areas to spend on growth it will not make sense
especially on the OTC Markets any time soon. Keep in mind almost all CEOs of
all size companies have consistently agreed that a buyback of shares is
something that is done only after you have exhausted all other opportunities for
growing the company first and if you still have more money left over after
investing in the company's growth. If there are opportunities left to invest in
it makes more business sense to grow the company. You see billion dollar
company's like Apple do this because they have more money than opportunities.
We still have multiple opportunities to pursue and we'll keep everyone updated
as things progress.

And yes you can post this info online.

Have a great weekend
All the best

Hi. I was wondering if you could give me any updates on ACGX. Is there any new
developments coming up soon. Looks like ACGX is holding steady on the stock
price, but little volume. Is there going to be a stock buyback at some point.
Any info that you could provide would be appreciated. Also do I have your
permission to post it on I-HUB and some investors are getting restless.
That
would ease their minds a bit!
I own two million shares and have been buying more when I get extra
money. Thanks and keep up the good work. Take care sir. Montie
