Extension is doubtful, we are one day away from the deadline date, last time the 8K was filed within 10 days of the 'date' to inform the investors of the new terms. Not informing the investors of an extension this close to the roll out date specified could be a criminal act. However they could easily drop a bomb tomorrow saying the whole thing is off.
