I took a look at the website that is not yet up for PHI Group (see connection below). I do not know if it has any relation to CATA filings, but it showed that the website was most recently updated today at 2:55pm EST http://phiglobal.com/

You can view that yourself in Mozilla browser (that was the one I used) by going to Tools > Page Info

Not sure if it means anything. Expecting updates soon.

$CATA more DD! I checked out the officer listed on $CATA and it is the same as PHI Group, Inc., (stock symbol PHIL) which is currently trading at .39! Henry Fahman! Obviously these filings today (3 years worth of Annual Filings!) that hit today are happening for a reason.

I am finding two websites for them:
