If they didn't have a rollout agreement, they would both have to agree upon CC continuing to stock the boxes. Without a contract, GZFX would not be required to pay CC for each sub that purchases a box at the CC store. If they are still negotiating, it would make sense to continue to honor the pilot agreement.
