CUIN2 - I would think 10 is high per week, but totally possible. What I see happens is once a significant capital investment is made, until more that one system exists where they perform surgeries, surgeons may route all patients that will benefit from the new technology.
A group of docs work at three hospitals. They on average do 2 gull bladders at hospital A, 4 at B, and 4 at hospital C. They may not initially see a huge increase in overall volumes as a group, but because hospital A purchased the SPORT, hospital A now has 10 gull bladders per week instead of 2. These hospital maybe part of the same system or they may compete. As referring docs hear about the improved outcomes, they will send a higher % or all of their gull bladders to the surgeons who have now mastered the SPORT. Hospital B them wants to get the 4 gull bladders per week back, so they buy a SPORT. Now you have two robots sold to this group, but you may still only be doing 10 cases a week. There are many many other scenarios that could play out, this is just one.
