i am arbitarily raising the rapid spread mutation to humans with avian flu to occur within the next 12months from 5% to 15%. ( It now has been reported in 26nations, BUT NO indication yet of a mutation to crossover via its merely being in the air, to humans.
The simplest thing i can say is if ever you open a paper and read 100 new cases in humans have been reported today, with something like this, as an example.
100 new human cases have been reported today, 92 in Hong Kong and 8 in London.
That means the breakout has occurred.
This is NOT like SARS, SARS was not a flu virus, it was quite a bit heavier in weight, it maximum range on a sneeze was about 6 feet.
For the flu virus, it can fill a room and remain suspended in the air.
