Someone once told me that fraud requires a FALSE statement by A to B. What statement did Sarissa ever say or write that was false?

A PR saying that we anticipate that X will occur, that is not a false statement.

So, Mr retired lawyer please do us lay folk a big favor and look at the past press releases of Sarissa and point to a false statement. I bet you can't.
