Been stated before the application process has been in process over time. Do you think Bill and the team waited until yesterday to start submitting info? Sorry but do you think Health Canada would waste any time and fuel to inspect a facility if they hadn't already submitted paper work? If they did that would be a huge waste of resources and tax money considering how many have applied. Think about it.
