The dispensary deal has a lot of legal problems that they are working around so that QASP can have a part in the dispensary legally without any issues which is why lawyers are diligently working on that. However the hydroponic grow stores can be spread throughout US anywhere and get situated in places even where mj/mmj isn't quite legal yet. These have high revenue and the store in CO and these acquisitions are more profitable than the dispensary hence Donnell moving forward with this also! As well as the cultivation centers where she plans to have a huge cultivation warehouse where many dispensaries etc will lease/ or share revenue % to use!
