You may want to take a closer look.......and I am only talking about a PR that is an evaluation or an interest, not a deal that is signed.

Let's look at today, has this PR had any positive impact on share price......no in fact as of right now the PPS is @ 0.007 and the ask has increased to just under2 mil shares. I would not call that a positive effect, I would call that NO EFFECT, which is exactly my point. If there is no effect, why release something with NO upside effect.

Stop the fluff and give solid concrete PR's that add value to the company.

I will disagree with you as I believe many others would as well when it comes to having an idea of future stock behavior based on past behavior, in fact, the stock has acted the exact same way it has for the last 6 months when a fluff PR is released.

Again I am only stating factual information which can be backed up by looking into the past and how fluff PR's have not affected price EVERY time.
