Everyone should remain calm here. In my opinion the Gushers Investment in individual wells is going to be fine. Division orders have been held up do to some errors. It happens in this business. These problems will be resolved, they always are. It just takes some time to sort the various issues out.
As far as the assets being transferred from Superior to Cactus, I'm not very concerned at this point. It is my understanding that Cactus did contribute acerage to Superior for Gushers members to participate in to increase Superiors footprint on various sections. If this is the case, why shouldn't Cactus recieve it's acerage back? Just something to think about.
I understand how easy it is to get emotional about situations that we don't totally understand at that given moment. The calm logical approach is always the best. There most definately have been some mistakes made, this is to be expected. The good news is, they can be corrected. I was hoping to see money flowing into Gusher Club members hands by this time. It's not and that's a bummer, but it will happen. The biggest disappointment that I've had was the stock de-listing. It is my opinion that management did not fully take into account the negative perception and effect that revocation would generate. They also lost their ability to generate funds that are critical to a energy company's growth and survival. I also don't mean just by stock dilution either. Audited SEC compliant financials are a must. This in my mind was a major and terrible blunder. This too, can and will be overcome. I have full confidence that it will be. I have no reason to think otherwise at this time.
Regardless of the blunders, misteps and mistakes, Superior accomplished a lot in the last 8 months. No one gave them or us a chance at being able to pull anything off or put anything together. Well, it happened and a lot is getting ready to happen.
