That's just it, I don't believe NCIII made any offer, or if they did, it was since shut down for sometime and Vigil just doesn't want to tell anyone yet. If there was an offer and it is no longer on the table, she needs to just say so. Tell the truth without sugarcoating it. It may hurt short-term but it will be better for her company and credibility long-term. And she is building long-term shareholder value, right?
