Can't follow your "Poison Pill" logic..

Assume your arguement is Correct..

WHY would Company issue PFD.A shares to 5 separate INDIVIDUALS..then as payment for past wages..???

Companies who use a POISON PILL defense AUTHORIZE the PFD. share then keep in corporate Treasury..until a legitimate threat presents itself.. THEN ISSUES RIGHTS to buy to all current shareholders EXCEPT to the attacker the PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED shares (need to be Authorized before attack) to poison the well ??
Pills... Poison and otherwise...

Please explain for the board QASP's rational for issuing PFD.A to individuals ..which date back to the EQUUIS/QASP merger in 2008 or 2009...

This ALL can be laid to rest By President Donnell addressing the subject in a Press Release...

If the fact she WILL BE taking an airplane ride is valid reason for Corporate Press Release; a Shareholder
Misunderstand of this magnitudeis a sure fire NO BRAINER for a press release..

QASP successfully weathered the world real-estate bubble economy of the last five years that hammered the aerospace industry. The same thing cannot be said of other aerospace companies.

QASP is on route to building a successful MJ component to its growing flight training network.

QASP is a survivor. They have survived the worst and are still here. That's GREAT news for shareholders. What's more is they have never used the preferred A's, and all signs point to them not needed them in the future.
